          Jeff,
          I will be in my shop tomorrow morning and can take a photo of the one on my '69 if you need it. I know that I don't have the "PLUGS" as specified in the AIM.

                  Here is a photo of the clamp. As I said I don't have any plugs. The clamp is held to the inner fender with small screws. I kn ow for sure that this is the one that came with the car new.
