Vendor Check - Original GM Hardware

Anyone have experience with this business? https://originalgmhardware.com/

Seems legit but one thing is they do not take credit cards...sometimes can be a red flag. They have a number of items I am interested in but want to double check before I order. Seems to be a supporting vendor of Corvette Forum, do not recall ever seeing them in Driveline.

    Gentlemen running it is
    Rich Pasqualone

Rich is easy to work with and provides a quality product. We have done a significant amount of business and I would recommend him to anyone.

I remember the first time I visited his home. He's about 12' tall and weighs in about 300+ lbs. I was glad I had been nice to him.
Real parts...not cheap but, you get what you pay for. Not for the points per dollar crowd. If you want your car to be all it can be, he's your guy.

Rich Pasqualone is the best and has the Facebook page "Original GM Hardware". His phone number is (610) 462-4441. You will not be disappointed.

Re: Vendor Check - Original GM Hardware

Thanks again all. Glad I found him now while still in early stages of restore. Wished I found him sooner but glad not later!

Mark, ya things are pricey but as you said ya get what ya pay for. I value original for many pieces so good to have a source for so many things. Points and awards in and of themselves have no value or interest to me. I am restoring this car for the intrinsic satisfaction and admiration of classic corvette. Until I began the restore last year I had NO idea how much this car had been butchered, raped, and pillaged. It is truly unbelievable what Bubba did to it in it's first 28 years. Back in 1997 when I bought the car I had always thought restoration might be a fun retirement project. So far so good...though not quite retired yet. In 1997 I had zero awareness of NCRS, points, judging, etc but what a great organization to help with the restore. Judges and the judging process can be very valuable advisors for my project with the knowledge they can convey.

Rich posts many of his parts on the Corvette Forum - Parts for Sale (he's a supporting vendor) and will sometimes run specials that provide discounts up to 50%.
