Any bulb that is not T3 is a full deduction, Originality and Condition. It's in the Judging Reference Manual under Standard Deductions, No. 5 Headlamps.

Paul, are you having car judged? There is one T3 w/two prongs on ebay right now. #164180204229. Have you looked in the Driveline ads? Usually some for sale in there. Or go to the Corvette Forum Fof Sale section and ask if anybody has a few extras.

I have a few T3's you can have. They are not repros AFAIK as the car was sitting a very long time.

I can confirm that the T3's I got from Zip have the DOT marking. I asked before purchasing but he said he did not see any markings. I'm almost 70 so maybe he just needs to visit his optometrist. Will try Lectric Limited and keep these for later use after judging.

I contacted Lectric Limited in 2019 and they confirmed to me that the DOT marking is there, and visible looking at the front of the bulb. You can call as many vendors as you wish, and I predict you are going to get the same answer.
