If it is one piece, it seems to have been squashed rather than 'pulled' like what I am used to seeing on LT-1s. Here is the link to the part. It does seem to have a GM sticker on it. Maybe the extra photos will give you more clues.
When I durst looked at that image I thought that first line was the point at which the swag operation ended and the "step" onto the larger diameter began. Today I am less sure. But it certainly doesn't look like the usual welding operation either.

I would now rate it an "I don't know" I think one would need a higher resolution photo with better lighting.to be sure.

Hey Terry, I have asked the seller for a better picture of the flare, we will see. From the sticker (assuming it is correct), it looks like this is a SERVICE part for 334926from 1973. I'm really curious. As you said, it does not look at all like what is typical of what I expected for the flare.

Thanks for the clarification Joe. This is great info.

Based on everything that we just discussed, I am currently looking at a entire 1968 system minus mufflers that looks in good shape and might be a fit. It has all the swages and bends all the way down , and all 4 parts are aged evenly. (See below)

The rear pipes pictured above have either been cut for use with replacement mufflers or are service replacements. May just be the photo, but they appear to have areas that are more silver looking than I would expect to see on original steel pipe. Also, looks like mufflers installed on those pipes were 2" adapted to the 2.5" pipes. Chip.
