What is the best black paint to use when restoring 1967 rocker covers?

What's the best black paint to use when restoring 1967 rocker covers? Things to consider: correct sheen, good durability, etc. I don't have to use a rattle can, so if there's a good paint that's only available in a quart that requires a spray gun I can accommodate that too. Thanks in advance for your help.
