    C2 Door Gaps Again

Decided to start new thread on this subject. I also have a 66 Convertible with a similar problem.
Have a gap problem on the Drivers Side Door. Not a width problem with the gap but a depth problem.
My Door skin is not "flush" with the back half of car. Not real bad and can live with this if needed.
The depth problem is very constant from top to bottom. Question>Can the latch and catch for the door
be adjusted to "pull" the door in a little farther? If so How?? Thanks In Advance>Larry
P.S. In searching this subject on this board it seems that the 1966 especially the convertible are more
    prone for this situation. JMHO

    Re: C2 Door Gaps Again

Ok; got it solved. Should have done a more better search. Loosened the three Phillips Head screws on the
"Latch"(Not sure it is called that) that is attached to the post of the car. Pushed the latch to the center of the car in small stages
and the "flush" gap disappeared. By doing this the gap on the door near the front fender grew a little which
was good as it was on the tight side to begin with. Onto the next job. Thanks> Larry
