Hoping this attachment helpz... I've also tried to enhance the original, and scale it for decent printing.

This really helps. It looks like the dimension across the chassis for each mount is 55 1/4" (27 5/8 X 2). The distance between Mount # 1 and #3 along the side rail is 51 3/8" (69 3/8 "C" minus 18" "A"). Does that seem right?

Geesh, now you want me to also do math?!? LOL... just kidding.
According to that drawing, your calculations seem korrect.
Perhaps someone with access to a chassis, can confirm it for you.

My 64 roadster measured 55 1/4. Seems the math is correct
