When was the car built? Is it late enough to be an AOS built body? My '64 Corvette VIN 925x body was built on January 18 (E18) and shows the "64" after the Style.

That appearance/omission appears consistent with other 64 AOS builds.

Kevin- Just one example in my saved files (picked the closest to what you were looking at).
Perhaps also check with other 64 AOS owners, or see if there is any language in the latest Judging Guide.

Kevin - Welcome to the NCRS. When you find a Corvette you're interested in, do post up pics and let the TDB members look them over and give you their input. And, do take a lot of pics and definitely closeups.

Kevin, I also would like to welcome you to the NCRS. My advice, in addition to the great advice already given, is to hire a qualified inspector prior to purchasing the car. This will allow you to know what you are purchasing.
