That is an AMK specification not a GM spec, this washer is also used for adjusting the alternator on Camaros, Novas, Chevelles, etc and I know they are thicker than .07

If you say so...sorry for trying to help. If you don't know the dimensions, how can you be so sure those posted are incorrect?

Over the years I have purchased many items from AMK, and in the vast majority of cases when they say something is zinc, they are correct. For the washer in question I suggest you contact Rich Pasqualone, whose contact info can be found in the archives. If he doesn’t have any of those washers, he’s still likely to know its finish and approximate thickness.

However what is the year and use of said washer, those of us with older GM cats maybe able to find. (If too new my cats will not cover)

I think you are looking for the alternator adjusting bolt and washer.
The star washer is 9 tooth.
The finish of the thick washer is zinc

If you are looking for the alternator adjusting bolt, lock washer and flat washer have asked that question before, here are some comment from original cars and note that different years had different set ups

Just for clarity for readers, “Spl washer” refers to special washer, not split lock washer. Correct?

Good point Gary, I just copied from the AIM (63-65) which is the same part, 3792420, for those years.

Note at one point the "split" lock washer, 187119, appears to have changed to an external tooth washer??
That's why we need to know the year car, please.

Did you check to see if the "split" lock washer, 187119, change to an external tooth washer during the C2 years?
I too only have a limited number of AIM's
