You may be looking for first hand advice if so I cannot offer any,
IF however you are not in possession of the requiste GM manual which outlines the procedure let me know and I will go photograph the pages and post them.

Have you checked to see if the ground wire is off?

The motor is just probably stuck hold the power window switch on and hit the motor with a metal object and see if will start working
