I also need to touch up the acrylic lacquer on my '70. So far, the best choice I've found is https://tcpglobal.com . About $200/quart, $400/gallon depending on color. Clear is $100/quart.
If you search TCP Global here and CF you'll find positive reviews. I called them and if you send a painted part, they'll match the paint for a nominal fee.
