      If you have a '60 P & A check Grp. 4.019 for correct rod lengths then check Grp. 4.016 to verify you have correct trans levers. A good illustration for 58-60 4 spd. is on page 467

              Understand, The '60 P & A in Grp. 4.019 lists 1st & 2nd rod 10 15/16 PN.3744070 3rd & 4th 14 9/16 PN 3744071 and Reverse 6 7/16 PN 3744072. If those are correct check your trans levers. they were changed in 1960 and you may have incorrect lever. Pretty common especially when converting from Hurst.
