Differences in firewall fiberglass texture
I am attaching pictures of the horizontal firewall area near where the wiper door attaches on two 1971 Corvettes. Please note: These two cars were built on the same day. Both cars are thoroughly original--one has 24k miles, the other 46k. I find the difference very interesting.
It also makes me smile when I read another forum and the poster says "Well my car has......", as if that means that every car built the same model year should be identical to his.
