Convertible Top Deck Lid Latch

I have an early 1968 Corvette that originally accommodated 1/4" rear bow latch pins. My new frame assemble will have the later design 3/8" pins and I'm wondering if my existing, early Deck Lid Latches will accommodate those. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

Thanks Henry. I was worried that I'd potentially have the pins get stuck in the original latches, but it sounds like you faced this same situation and there is no need for me to change the latches. Thanks for your help!
