    66 C2 Washer Pump>Not Hearing Any Clicking When Activated

    Need help; judgement day is coming up fast. Trying to get all operations working. Everything Ok
    except for the washer pump. Not hearing any clicking when button is pushed. The wipers are working
    fine. Looking for some common problems to get fixed. No time to take everything apart. What are
    some simple things I should be looking for? Could the solenoid be jammed somehow? Need help
    quick. Thanks>Larry

      Larry, check your connections at pump. Also look to make sure you did not. Bend any electrical spades or pins. If that looks okay, then grab a test light or volt meter and test for power and ground. I believe that it’s a two wire connector so one is ground and one is power, you should be able to hook meter or light across the two terminals and push washer button.

          Edward: Where exactly is this two wire connector? Is it on the backside of the pump? Does someone have a picture
          where the spades are on the pump. Could not see them at 1st glance but will look a little harder tomorrow. Larry

              After a little more research and looking I found out that my Washer Pump Harness is not even connected.
              I hope I can find the connector; not sure why is was not connected. Pictures Below. Larry

                  Yes the 2 wire connector is pump.maybe it’s on the other side of firewall? Or stuck behind motor?

                      I have all operations OK except for one which I will refuse to test. Yes it is the dreaded Cigarette Lighter without
                      a fuse in the circuit. Do not want to play "Russian Roulette". Thanks again>Larry

                          Old expression "you can pay me now, or you can pay me later". Might as well test it now and see what you've got versus waiting for ops to have it (possibly) fail.
