Jul '66 original - tiny & hard to photograph, but for sure EL. No evidence of 'H'. Four or so concentric circles surround EL.

pretty pricey
and not all for the right application, but there are some out there.

Another interesting observation is that ELH headmark bolts always seem to have a captured washer of some type, and always seem to be Grade 5.1.

Here is one however it is from a Mar64 car, in 63 the AM called for 453007 then in 11-14-63 it was changed to 9418916
which stayed for the 65MY. The 64/65 both call these an ASM but do not show any lock washer, assume the lw was standard since it was called for an ASM.
The attached picture shows the lw which both of these have at least for a Mar64 car.

The attached photo is from my 67 that my Uncle bought new and I have had it from 1980. Never been apart.
and it is the EL.
