    Washer filter brass screen part number?

    Does anyone know gm # for the brass washer filter screen for a 69?. Came to line as assembly so not in AIM.

      According to the Dec. '83 parts book, the FILTER is #3986821.

                  That's not the original part number for 1969 (and prior). The original part number was GM #3760369 which was discontinued and replaced by the 3986821 in December, 1971.

                  So, how do the 2 parts differ? I do not know.
