What would be the color of the 1967 brake caliper mounting bracket color? No mention of it in the 7th edition of the judging manual.

Re: 1967 Corvette brake caliper mounting bracket plating color
Gary,
The somewhat confusing description in the ‘66 JG might give you a hint for ‘67. It says “The steel caliper mounts or support brackets are either silver cadmium clear zinc or plated steel.” Note there is no comma or slash between “silver cadmium” and “clear zinc”, so I don’t exactly know what they’re trying to say. My guess is cadmium or zinc. And I also don’t know what they mean by “plated steel”. Regardless, I chose to have the caliper mounts for my late ‘66 plated in zinc.

Yes, it's always done over cad or zinc. These front caliper brackets when they were finished with the dichromate "overplate" had a very light gold appearance unlike the very dark gold seen on many parts today.
I don't know if the 1967 brackets had the dichromate treatment. I do know that the 1969 did.In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top
