Where does this part go - there is both a right and a left leg?

      Ron,

Those are the kick panel trim pieces that mount at the lower curve at the front of the door jams.

Thanks Arland. I have new after-market kick panels with installed windlace. Not sure I understand where the metal pieces mount in relation to the new kick panels - on top?

Yes, the trim pieces mount on top of the carpet and butt up against the round windlace piece. Things get a little crowded and busy at the bottom where the trim piece, windlace and sill plate all come together.

This may help. Painted interior color, lacquer paint.

AND pay close attention to the choice of screws which hold the kick panel see the AIM and note the pictures in the JG.
OH, the one's Harry show are correct for 63/64, other locations are different for 64.

Harry - could you please shoot a picture of above the driver side kick panel? I am trying to determine the correct routing of the rear harness and antenna cable. Does the harness go behind the kick panel? Also, wondering if the antenna cable just crawls up the firewall. I am confused by the AIM diagrams. Thank you.
