SS XP-64 to be Auctioned

I just read on GM Authority site, not affiliated with GM, that per Indianapolis FOX news the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum will auction the sale of some non-Indy 500 associated cars through RM Sotheby. The Corvette Ss, XP-64 is one of those cars. I remember when Zora donated it to IMS Museum thinking it would be there forever. The Museum is currently undergoing a remodel. Hope you got to see it before. It would be great if Corvette Museum could buy it or GM buy it and display it there. I was fortunate to see it multiple times while living there and at Laguna. I also bought very high quality photos from the Museum. They may still be available. Fingers crossed.

Wow. GM or the Museum would have to buy this. I can't see it going to a private person. Too historic.

You might have the wrong George. I have never had a C3. Just a '66 and '65.
