I am getting ready to strip body paint and looking for suggestions on good product to strip paint. Lots of pre-2020 advice but stripper paint formulas have changed. I have seen several products but they advise not to use on fiberglass.

Re: Body Paint Stripping
I used Citristrip from Lowes. I had 13 layers of paint to deal with, so several applications were required. The Citristrip can sit overnight without drying out for areas with heavy paint. I used a plastic razor blade to scrape it off after setting. It is a gel and worked well on vertical surfaces. I stripped one panel at a time, like a door or the hood, so a long working time was a huge benefit.
i finished up with lacquer thinner when I got to bare fiberglass.
The stuff does not burn your skin or have any noxious fumes.
i started with the Aircraft safe for fiberglass stripper, recently reformulated, and found the short working time, fumes and skin burns were not going to work for me.Regards,
