I know it’s a 1/4 - 20 x 9/16, phosphate coated . . .
But, I can’t determine if it’s a flanged hex head (from unconfirmed sources) or a hex head with an integral washer (from Vette repro web sites). . .
Can anyone help to confirm?

NO integral washer or captered washer under the head, just a plain cheap and dirty hex head bolt. A black plated lock washer and hex nut is on the other side.

Fig. E 6.10 in the currect 70-72 TIM&JG show a pretty good picture.
