looking at a 2003 high millage car, about 130k miles what should I look at before purchasing it. It runs ok.

I drove a 2001 to 190k miles and then my friend slalomed it until it needed its first new clutch at 204k. Listen and look for odd/unusual sounds, etc. Headlights often have had gears replaced by then. The torque tube may be tired, but if driven sensibly can last forever. Interior tire noise is just a given, but less with non-runflats.

If it is an automatic, check to see if the shift cable has been replaced. A common fault with high mileage C5s

Driver side transaxle seal. (Likely replaced ling ago - check Chevrolet dealer service records)
