      You were clear to me, but then apparently I wasn't clear in my explanation either. I learned in writing the TIM&JG that it is very difficult to communicate with the written word. I do much better with the spoken word, but even that is more difficult as I age.

                (if your camera has macro setting, you might be able to shoot STRAIGHT on, at close range)

One of the things I noticed as well is the “comma” like thing that is stamped just before the color code.
                      With one known TYPO in the trim tag... there easily could be two.

                          Do you have a tank sticker ?
                          That might also help answer a few things ?
                          The tank sticker was computer-generated and printed out just like the broadcast codes were; not typed in by hand on an Addressograph machine.
