No it has standard interior.

OK. I thought you were talking about the entire bracket but now I re-read it and note that you are apparently just referring to the plastic insert. This insert was never available from GM as a separate part and I know of no reproduction.

I'm not sure that the insert was actually installed on all brackets. My original owner 1969 does not have the inserts on either seat's bracket and I really do not think they were ever present. But, it's an out-of-sight bracket so I could be wrong.
