Does the strap on the right in this photo of yours capture the main wire harness? Or just the hood release cable, washer supply hose and red wire?

The T-Strap circled in blue contains the following: 2 wraped harness packs, hood release cable, red wire (for A/C?) and hose (windshield washer fluid?).
The T-Strap on the left contains the following: Hood release cable, hose and small 2-wire harness (green & pink).

The lower strap you question is a mystery too. It looks to be a replacement. Its marked with a "S" and "pat20865/29". It is a softer/flexible rubber material. Could it be used specifically for TI equiped cars?
