Registration for the Carolinas Regional, April 3-5, 2025 is now open. Event will be held inside Clemson University's Garrison Event center. If you would like your car judged, sign up early. You don't to be left out because your car's class has been filled!

Clemson Regional update

There seems to be some confusion about the dates

1) cars need to be inside the Expo center by 5:00 PM on Thursday April 3 (ops will need to be performed prior to entering the building - so plan accordingly and arrive earlier on Thursday) and cars will be allowed to leave (must leave) the Expo center after judging is completed on Saturday April 5 - approximately 3-4 PM. Cars cannot be left in the expo center Saturday night.

2) Hotel check out for those staying for the Saturday banquet is Sunday April 6

Currently we have:
11 flight cars: 1-57; 2-63; 2-66; 1-67; 1-70, 1-75; 1-90; 1-96, 1-99
5 PV: 2- 67; 1- 91, 2- 07
1 Founders: 1- 07
4 sportsman
2 display

Judged cars will be loaded into the Expo center Thursday afternoon and will be secured/locked in the building Thursday and Friday nights.

Trailer parking is on site in front of the Expo center. Wednesday / Saturday night the tow vehicles with trailers/cars can be parked behind the hotel in the large hotel lot

Right now, the Carolinas Regional has the lowest flight judged car count since the Zion, UT Regional in 2003 - where are the cars?

That's great, you'll have lots of people just not many cars.

Host hotel's room block for Saturday night has been sold out as has the rest of the hotel. Host hotel has rooms available for the other nights. Clemson has several dozen hotels all within a few miles of the host hotel: Holiday Inn, Hampton/Hiltons, various Marriotts, Comfort Inn, etc.

Bottom line: hotel rooms are available just not at the host hotel on Saturday night
