RIP Steve Hendrickson

Long time North Central Chapter member Steve Hendrickson passed away last Sunday. Steve was an avid supporter of the chapter and generously hosted many Chapter meets. Steve was very knowledgeable in the Corvette hobby and had a keen interest in C2 big blocks. He will be very missed by the many members of the chapter and hobby.

Long, long ago, he gave me a ride in his 67 L88 convertible. I will never forget that or him.

I first met Steve when he was selling Buicks for Swanberg&Scheefe in Minneapolis. He sold my dad two Electras and that was about the time I bought my first Vette, a used '69. Saw him several times at BG and he was always a supporter of the NCRS. He will be missed.

Steve will be missed by all his friends in the North Central Chapter. He gratiously hosted our fall chapter judging meets and frequently would provide a special Corvette to judge. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
