61-62 Battery warranty Card

I am looking for a photo of an original Corvette battery warranty card for 1961 or 1962.

The usual vendors have 2 different repro versions. A tri-fold green and a bi-fold purple. Each version is ascribed to different years by the individual vendor.

Purple bi-fold: 55-60, 56-62 or 56-61.
Green tri-fold: 1961.

Based on a photo that I have of an original 1959 Corvette battery warranty card, I do not believe either version is correct.

Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated

I believe that 1962 Owners Manuals had a battery card contained inside of them. 1961 was separate.

the 61-62 6th edition tech info manual and judging guide (I just got it an Hampton Nationals last august) page 45 interior section states "Battery warranty provided only for 1961 corvette" -- So a 62 didn't have a battery warranty card per NCRS. they show a pic of the card also.
