On a red exterior / red interior ‘63, should the rivets on the instrument panel end be black or red?

Regardless of color combination, all 63 & 64 cars had the end tabs painted exterior color. I know it doesn't make sense that they would go back and spray that area but they did. That being said, you would also expect that there could be some overspray on the interior light switch since it was in the car at that time.
