66 telescopic steering column - another question

I though I took enough pictures when I disassembled this column, but no!

I can't remember the correct positioning of the hub and the canceling cam, in particular the tube for the horn contact spring that sticks up through the hub. It is in the picture below with the red arrow. I have it at about 11 o'clock in the picture. I think it is correct due to the notches in the rim of the hub and small notch in the horn contact rim.

Anyone know if this is correct?

    Thanks,
    Don

that mark needs to be at the 12 o clock position to match the mark on the steering shaft that should be at 12 O clock too. if I remember correctly there are other parts on the tele that have that mark that all lines up at the 12o clock too
