Can anyone provide input on a dealer in the Lake Ozark MO area? Dealer is Classiccar-lo and has several C2’s up for sale on eBay. I spoke with Shawn and he has been very helpful thus far. Any NCRS member or a NCRS judge in the area that is willing to put some actual eyes on a car from me to evaluate it would be so helpful ! Like the story goes for most of us, sold my 66 convertible 12 years ago for the kids college tuition. I’m retiring in 2 yrs and I’m now ready for a C2 Coupe. Any help or guidance would be appreciated! Much obliged, John
Need some help please looking to finally buy my C2

John, you are doing exactly what is the smart thing to do. Find an expert to examine the car so you are not paying for something you are not getting. If the car has a fairly recent Top Flight from a Regional that is also a good sign. Usually an inspection takes a few hours so compensation is typical. Also don't forget to purchase the Judging and Technical Guide for the model year you purchase. Good luck!- Top

Mark thanks for the reply, advice and encouragement! There’s nothing more I think for all of us when we go through this purchasing process that we all do our due diligence. Which can make it even a more rewarding and fantastic memorable experience.- Top

John,
Go to https://www.ncrs.org/contact/index.php and get the contact information for the Kansas City, St. Louis and Oklahoma Chapters.
They may have a member interested in checking out that C2 for you.

John: Just for reference and pricing bring up Mershon Classics is Springfield Oh on the web.
I see
they have 15 C2 for sale with plenty of pictures to use as reference. I have dealt with Bob
at Mershons for both buying and selling and he has treated very good with the deals they
made. JMHO>LarryLarry
