'67 Master Judge question (heater hoses)

Hello;
JM (4th edition) states on page 113

"Heater hoses ........ and may have either ribs or grooves......... Generally, the 5/8" hose is non-ribbed, ......"

Question;

Should ribbed and non-ribbed 5/8" hose be exceptable and not subject to point deduction ?

Ray - If the TIM&JG says "generally," and the car had 5/8" non-ribbed heater hose, I would judge it be as acceptable as the 5/8" ribbed heater hose . I just figure in that case that the cars was one of those unique cars and didn't get the 5/8" ribbed heated hose. Kind of like when I see a non-BIG BLOCK 67 I figure that the car is one of those rare BIG BLOCK deletes. Have fun. Pete
