    OK me again 55-56 water pump trivia

    .55 early 56 first design #911 original water pump had TWO holes for seal leak drain, later the #911 was redesigned and had ONE hole .This stuff only matters me ?? // but not the JM ??,

        Roy, It matters to me. I'm more after "how it came from the factory". To me that's the interesting part. Do you know when the pump shifted to one drain hole? Also is there a difference in the heater hose fitting NPT? Thanks for sharing, Ted

It dont matter to most but even like this fuel filter here (each was dated) I like this stuff and my 55 HAS this filter. Call me crazy!! I dont know if my postings upset others, but people like you I like the most.

                    There are more original guys here than you think, I dig the pics of parts and save them all. The bad part is that people keep swapping out originals for JM parts all the time to play the game.

                        Hi Roy; Had to run out to look.....Can't feel how many holes for the one on the car. It say's GM 1 The extra on the shelf has one hole and a casting mark of GM 5. Can't find a date code.... PS...I've got a balancer for you to replace the one you sent me. Thanks Bob
