1978 pace car, board icons & other blabbering

I'm curious what the color code is for the 78-82 ID'er that shows up in the left hand column...man we even get to do avatar's in this version...NCRS getting high tech here! Font selection, hyperlinks the whole range of editing options.

See at the bottom one gets to select a generation icon. Even can do polls...this is too much I feel like I'm at the CV forum.

Just can't get used to the new username.

The idea is when you start a thread you select the icon appropriate for the topic...

"Rut roh" is sort of like "Oops"...it originated from a 1960's cartoon called The Jetsons. One of the characters was Astro the dog and he used to say Rut Roh when he or George were in trouble...see link.

It's an American thing based on the comical sayings of a cartoon dog.

Aha, ok. I was afraid I was a bit to blunt in the way I pointed out the usage of the icons. If so, then it wasn't intended...

I think us NCSR'ers dedicated solely to this board got out of touch while the rest of the world continued to progress on Utube...I watch the rot uh but still don't get it. I'll have to stick with that which I know "huh?"
