It occurred to me today that perhaps rather than waiting so long for judging manuals to be updated and printed that this discussion board should have it's own thread for NCRS approved revisions/updates on a monthly basis and eventually just publish the entire JM on the site. Members could subscribe to the web version of the JM and pay extra for monthly revisions/clarifications on an as needed basis. The site is now so much more user friendly that I think it is one of the most logical, natural progressions. Member thoughts?

Re: 63-64 JM Supplement
Nick,Answer would be that our manuals can't be written on DB chatter. It just doesn't work that way but I can appreciate for one your thinking.
I doubt it will ever happen but what do I know. See you soon. John- Top

Re: 63-64 JM Supplement
main problem would be keeping ALL manuals updated for judging purposes. we all need to remember, these are TIM&JG that we use for judging at all levels. Each change doesn't just happen over nite - suggested changes need to be RESEARCHED and ADJUDICATED and then approved - a very long laborious process.Rick Aleshire

Re: 63-64 JM Supplement
Rick,
I always mark up my manual (67) with updated info that I get from other members who have the experience and knowledge when it come to what we should be looking at on and off the judging field.

I hear what you are saying but all I am saying is that during the interim period between editions as "official" determinations are made, as to new judging standards, NCRS can post to an "official" thread on the site.63 FI SWC, Top Flight 2006/2008, PV 2007

And all that I am saying is that once that process evolves into an "official" NCRS position, it could be posted on this board. Great car, by the way!63 FI SWC, Top Flight 2006/2008, PV 2007
