    C-3 Export POPs

Do any of you know if 1968-1982 export Corvettes have POPs? The owner of a 1970 LS-5 coupe in Austria has all his export papers but is now wondering if his car should have had the POP, too.

    Thanks,
    Scott

NO 1973 or newer Corvette regardless of where it was destined ever had a Protect-o-Plate. I assume that is what you mean by POP, and that you are not referring to a carbonated beverage.

Well, I assume most other veteran TDB users that use the word POP here weren't referring to sodas. Thought it was an accepted understood acronym.

Okay, so the defined question is this: Did new 1970 Corvettes that were exported to Austria have Protect-O-Plates (POPs) accompany them?
