Duke probably has "signatures" turned off in his options, as I do (force of habit from "other" boards, where "signatures" frequently describe everything that has ever been done to the car, including the brand of glue used to attach the carbon-fiber ashtray cover) .

I didn't realize there was such a feature here. However, that certainly explains the difference in what Duke and I were seeing. I would expect, though, that he must not realize he has it turned off.

Yes, that may be the case in which case I will continue with signatures "off" so I don't have to wait for 27 pictures of the guy's car and his life story to download.

Please, everyone, if you have a question provide some basic information like the model year and option configuration if it is relavent to the question so we don't have to wait for your signature to download or look at your profile to see which of the 27 Corvettes you own you are talking about, neither of which I will take the time to do.

Also, freely use the "return" key to start new paragraphs to make long posts readable. FWIW, I not longer even attempt to decipher a half screen or more of single spaced typing - life is too short, and I've got too many other things to do.

I turned off signatures the second day here after I saw one about 15 lines long.
