Here you go Nick

It's a 1968 no power coupe. I have the original power plant under the bench for safe keep.

This is a 1977 350 with a 010 block that I took out of an old rail road company truck a mile up an old tote road into a back woods bone yard.

It's a four bolt main block and it ran me $50.00, what can I say.

It's now bored 0.30 over with a mild cam, camel hump 2:02 valve heads, performer intake, headers, 2 1/2" chambered exhaust, and the list go's on.

Chuck,
How do you post a photo within the message area instead of the small photo links??? Is there a size limit of the photos? I've seen some pretty big ones.
Thanks, Kent

I had to save the picture as a 640X480 size format Kent.

Obviously, the smaller the format, the smaller the displayed picture.

Other than than, I use the "Tinypic" web site to tranfer the pictures.

First time using the new Tech. Board, I didn't know what to expect.

Thanks, Chuck. Seems as though I've tried this and still get the small link pics. Our discussion about this should probably be over on the help section. Just never got a clear understanding of how it's done.

Re: Oh Heck Kent

To say that I'm just a little "technically challenged" is a huge understatement my friend.

I'm just old enough where if I can't get the magic box to do what I want, I just slap it around a little. Doesn't everybody?

Wish I could be more help to you,

Chuck

Kent -

If you use the "Manage Attachments" button in the "Additional Options" box below the window you compose your text in, that lets you upload an image directly from your hard drive, which then appears as a "thumbnail" image in your post - when the reader clicks on it, it pops up at full size. These images work best at 640x480 (about 55-65K image size), as they pop up within screen limits and don't require scrolling to see the entire photo.

If you want a full-size image to appear in your post, you need to have the image hosted on a separate site (one of the photo-hosting sites or a site of your own), and enclose the URL of that particular image within the format in your post; that tells the NCRS server to go fetch that image from that site and insert it in your post. Same size recommendation (640x480) so the photo doesn't require scrolling to see it all.
