You'll need to pop rivet a Toyota emblem on the hood too

We Yanks are unfamiliar with your colloquial usuage of "stuffed", but reading between the lines, I think we can reasonably assume that your polite "stuffed" translates roughly as "all f***ed up".

It sounds like you know what you are about, but if you get into trouble, give us a jingle here on the world wide web...there are some guys here that know a thing or two about C1s. I also note you have a relatively recent NCRS membership number...joining up was your first, best restoration decision. Welcome aboard, mate.

I'm still living in the past, when Tony drove a Chevy!

Stewart will have to excuse me...the Yank way, especially on the internet, is to get down to business quickly, and if there is any time (or words) left over, exchange pleasantries.

              Re: Hey Ed

It's all relative in NASCAR these days. Just a bunch of slot cars pulling laps with an occational mechanical failure mixed in for ratings.

And let us not forget the ninety minutes of commecials we get to endure during a three hour race. Oh the humanity of it all!

Thanks chuck I am very green to this forum. I just sanded my bonnet back . I would like to know who holds the world record of the most layers of different colours on a bonnet. I have just gone through 9 different shades of colours, primers, fillers and several top coat colours. (red, baby blue, and black) Wow that must be a world record for the most amount of crap on a bonnet. Oh by the way Chuck what model Corvette have you got and a brief discrption of the car or cars. I asked that Queastion to Tim Mickey the other day and he made me sick with jealousy. 5 C1's and a fatty 66. I am not going to talk to him anymore and to make it worse they all big dollar toys to. (lucky bugger) a car for each day.
