GM Part #, turn indicator switch assembly?

What was the GM part # for the subject item? For what other years was this part # also used? Thanks.

I'm going to assume you're talking about a 1964 Corvette.

Originally, I think it was GM #910746. Since 1965, however, it's been GM #910821 and it's still available today under that number. About 200 bucks, GM list.

The same switch was used for 1964-66 Chevrolet passenger cars and series 10 light trucks. It was also used for 1964-66 GMC series 10 trucks. No other GM applications I can find, though.
