C1 Brake fluid quantity

Doing a complete brake system rebuild on my '59 (new lines, wheel cylinders, etc). How much brake fluid should the system need using the original master cylinder?

There are two parts to the answer - first, how much do all the componets hold - less than a quart. Second, how much will you use to not only fill the components but also to properly bleed the system - probably more than one quart but should be less than two quarts.
