    Fan Blade application

Does anybody have an idea what this 7 blade GM fan goes to? Is it a replacement A/C fan? It came off of a 1969 350/350 A/C car. The clutch fan is correctly dated, but I'm not sure of the fan. Notice the blade ends are curled. Thanks in advance.

I don't think it's a Corvette fan. I'm sure it's not a correct fan for a 1969 and it's certainly not a 1971 or later fan. Some 1969 L-46 with C-60 MAY may have used fan GM #3955182. I stress the MAY. In any event, this does not look like a 3955182 to me. It's easy to check. The 3955182 has that part number stamped on one of the blades.

No part numbers stamped on the blades. I was thinking that it might have been a late 1970's fan. Any ideas?

I don't think it's a 1971 or later fan. What is the center-to-center dimension of the holes on the fan blade through which the fan clutch studs attach?

          Hi Stephen
That fan is definitely not a 3955182. I have been looking for 3955182 and may even have posted a picture or two. 3955182 has squared ends on the blades...regards...joe
