    Ohhh, if only that seat was forward. Thanks for the reply. It sort of looks like the bound edge has been cut/removed where it makes the transition from horizontal to vertical. Hard to tell.

          Those pix are just fine. They confirm my suspicion that I will have to yank out a good bit of the "stuffing" from the windlace I have. It was pre-attached to the kick panels I got from Corvette America. I bet there is 2-3 inches too much thick windlace...way too much volume to fit under the sill plates.

          Oh well, it's me and my friend the X-Acto knife once again!
