    C-1 clock removal (1962)

Can anyone tell me a step-by-step on removing the clock. I want to send to the Clockworks for repair.

Its spring loaded. From the back, push it in and turn it. It will come right out

Well, well, well... Try this and report back. Reach around back. Remove light bulb socket. Remove 12V power source spade. Push in while rotating clock and remove. A thief could do it in under 15 seconds. I don't think you have to remove anything more than denoted. But, I've been wrong once before. There is just a spring loaded thingie that holds the clock in place. Best, Dennis

Dennis & Richard. Thanks so much for your help. Came out in about 15 seconds! I now have the judging manual. It came in the mail today. I will be reading it cover to cover...jf

I was fighting with the removal of my Clock for almost an hour.. until I got on the computer and did a search to come across this post and some others very similar.

15 seconds.. that's all it took to take the clock out!!! What a great feeling

What a great resource this Forum is to have... Thanks !!!

Received my clock back today. Great turn around time. Only $59.95 total including the shipping.
