Tyler-- It looks like your vette is going to be white. I believe Mike Hanson car is to be white also. What is the color of your white dash and what is the paint code. Is the dash the same color as the car.Nice pics-- coming along goodComment

The car was painted in PPG acrilyc lacquer; Used ppg 822/823 primer, its an epoxy corresion resistant primer good for glass and metal, easy sandable and bonds extremely well.
Polo White : PPG Acrylic lacquer ddl 829
Sportsman Red: ddl 71416D
Dash is red on top and white lower(same as car color), if you go to the home page there are more photos and there is a shot of the dash colors before being painted.

Thanks tyler. I see the red upper dash. The sportsman red is the same as on the regular hub caps and the same as some of the 54s. I like the looks of your wire wheels. They will look good with the wide whitewalls. Roy will call you a copycat though.Comment

Brings back memories from last fall when I painted mine. I found masking the trunk, deck lids and dash for the two color spray a bit more demanding than I originally thought it would be. A single color car is much easier to spray. Yours is looking very nice! I'm waiting for my gauges to come back from the restorer and I'm finishing up my interior. I should fire it up in mid July. Three years of work almost done!Comment
