1968 Corvette Telescopic Column & Interior Color

    Hello,

I recently picked up a complete original telescopic column for my 1968 L36 Corvette and I would like to know if the turn signal lever is the same between the standard column and the telescopic column. Also, my interior is Bright Blue and I would like to know if the spray bomb Bright Blue dye that is correct for the dash is the correct color for the metal and plastic surfaces of the column. In addition, I noticed that my original interior parts and my new 1968 door panels almost appear to be turquoise vs. Bright Blue. I can see a difference between my dyed dash which is bright blue and the door panels so please let me know if I'm using the correct color dye. The trim plate shows 976 (LeMans Blue) with 414 (Med Blue) interior.

    Thanks!

The turn signal lever is the same for 1968 regardless of whether the car has a telescopic column, or not.

The dash color is the same as the steering column covers FOR THOSE ITEMS THAT WERE INTERIOR COLOR. The LOWER dash cover and, I believe the lower extensions, were interior color. I'm not sure about the rest.
