Hello, can anyone verify paint code for 1960 horizon blue I am showing a ppg code of 12234 base coat is this correct thanks Michael

The information I have shows Horizon Blue Metallic with the following paint codes:
DuPont----------4030-L
R & M-----------A-1210
Ditzler-----------DDL12234
These are old numbers but someone might be able to update them .

Your best bet is to find some original paint, under the deck lid, etc and have it scanned. The code you have is probably the DDL code, PPG lacquer, but the mixing colors are not available to mix the exact formula. Most offset colors are way off in either shade, hue, color, metallic, etc.
