First Post, Looking for Info on Removing a '77 Body

I've been lurking here for a short while and I've tried to search through the archives for a good checklist of everything that needs to be done to remove the body from the frame on my 77. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Check the NCRS store site under C-1 and you will find a Noland Adams body lift work book for all years. It will be worth the nine bucks and has a check list and how to make a frame to suport the body after you get it off
