Carburetor

Any suggestions for a replacement carburetor for a stock 230 HP 283 on a 61 corvette? I need to replace the stock carter with a Holley or an Edelbrock so I can retrofit a TV cable for an automatic transmission (TH-200 RV). I can't find a company that makes one for the stock carb.

You'll also need a new intake manifold - yours will ONLY accept a Carter WCFB.

...or Rochester 4GC, but it will not be usable for Paul's purposes, either.

It would be eaiser and cheaper, plus stay more correct appearing to make an adaptor plate to attach to your wcfb linkage.
